Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members. Resolve any on-site issues promptly to minimize project delays. Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and progress updates. Travel extensively to various project locations, including Louisville, as required. A successful Traveling Superintendent - Commercial and Multifamily should have: proven experience in managing construction projects within the business services industry. Strong knowledge of commercial and multifamily construction processes and practices. Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage on-site teams effectively. Ability to travel frequently, including to Louisville and other locations. Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications.
