Restoration Crew Chief

As a front-line representative of the SERVPRO brand, the Restoration Crew Chief plays a key role in delivering our Here to Help promise. In this hands-on leadership role, you'll coordinate, monitor, and perform restoration activities while supporting your team and ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish. Key responsibilities include: Coordinate and perform production processes according to schedule, ensuring quality control on all job sites Manage the customer and client experience, supporting high satisfaction and positive online reviews Set clear expectations for restoration technicians and supervise their daily activities Document detailed, accurate job files to support services rendered Manage labor usage, consumable materials, and efficiency on assigned projects Communicate with the project manager and office staff to share job status updates and address issues promptly Additional responsibilities include: Follow and reinforce all OSHA safety standards on job sites Protect equipment, vehicles, and materials to maximize company assets Coach, mentor, and train restoration technicians for skill and career growth Position requirements include: Valid driver's license High school diploma/GED preferred Minimum 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction IICRC certification a plus Skills and physical requirements include: Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. regularly (and up to 100 lbs. with assistance) Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and navigate tight spaces (attics, crawl spaces) Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects Comfortable working with and around various cleaning agents Compensation: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
