Restoration Crew Chief

As a front-line representative of the SERVPRO brand, the Restoration Crew Chief plays a key role in delivering our Here to Help promise. In this hands-on leadership role, you'll coordinate, monitor, and perform restoration activities while supporting your team and ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish. Key responsibilities include coordinating and performing production processes according to schedule, managing the customer and client experience, setting clear expectations for restoration technicians, documenting detailed job files, managing labor usage, consumable materials, and efficiency, and communicating with the project manager and office staff. Additional responsibilities include following and reinforcing all OSHA safety standards, protecting equipment, vehicles, and materials, and coaching, mentoring, and training restoration technicians. Position requirements include a valid driver's license, high school diploma/GED preferred, minimum 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction, and IICRC certification a plus. Skills and physical requirements include the ability to lift at least 50 lbs. regularly, ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and navigate tight spaces, ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects, and comfortable working with and around various cleaning agents.
