We're looking for dynamic Customer Service Representatives to join the team in West Jefferson, OH! This is a first shift, temp-to-hire opportunity with great benefits. Duties: Responding to inquiries promptly and courteously Process customer orders accurately Handle complaints in an effective manner Work closely with customers and on-site management to address inquiries Position Requirements: 1 to 2 years of customer service experience (manufacturing or logistics preferred) Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Basic knowledge of billing and invoicing processes High School Diploma; Bachelors preferred Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old.
