About the Role
The Company is in search of an Executive Director for its nationally recognized center dedicated to advancing substance use disorder care. The successful candidate will be a visionary, strategic, and collaborative leader, responsible for setting clear strategic priorities, leading operations, and serving as the primary representative of the center. This role is pivotal in ensuring the center's work is coordinated, scalable, and delivers measurable improvements in care and outcomes. The Executive Director will also be instrumental in convening stakeholders, advancing innovation, and supporting the implementation of evidence-based practices to strengthen the quality of care, advance equity, reduce stigma, and expand access to care for patients and communities.

Significant leadership experience in academic medicine or integrated health systems, as well as deep expertise in substance use disorder care, are essential.
