Director of Restaurants - Relocation on Montgomery, AL

We are seeking a dynamic, hospitality-driven Multi-Outlet Food & Beverage Manager to lead the daily operations of two restaurant outlets, in-room dining, and some private events, in our 100-room upscale hotel. This role serves as the GM for the upscale restaurant location, full operations oversight for the casual concept, and staffing and oversight for the in-room dining team members. Maintain strong floor presence in both outlets to coach teams and ensure seamless service execution Uphold standards of excellence and hospitality philosophy across all teams Ensure food quality, beverage execution, and service delivery consistently exceed expectations Interview, hire, train, coach, and discipline team members and supervisors Oversee financial performance, including revenue, labor, and cost controls Collaborate with Operations and Culinary leadership on seasonal menu updates and beverage innovation Director of Restaurants Qualifications 5+ years of progressive restaurant leadership experience, including multi-outlet oversight Experience in upscale or elevated dining environments Strong financial acumen and labor management expertise Proven ability to build, coach, and develop leadership teams Hands-on leadership style with high floor presence Ability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, and weekends
