Express Employment has partnered with a local company to search for a Retail Banker to join their team!
Hours:
8:15 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (45-minute lunch break).
Responsibilities: Handle daily teller transactions and related products. Assist with opening new deposit accounts, safe deposit boxes, and loan accounts. Process transfer requests and routine account maintenance. Resolve errors, disputes, fraud, and general banking inquiries. Performance Goals:
Achieve sales targets for loan and deposit products. Maximize digital banking channels. Drive deposit, credit card, and loan growth through relationship management. Maintain excellent customer service. Skills Required:
Strong customer service and communication. Detail-oriented and organized. Multitasking and time management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Competitive Salary and Benefits:
