Job Summary: We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Consultant with strong experience in both ERP (AX, NAV, or GP modules) and CRM. The role involves working on enterprise-level implementations, supporting business requirements, and ensuring alignment with client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions Gather and analyze business requirements with stakeholders Customize and configure Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, etc.) Work on ERP modules (Dynamics AX, NAV, or GP) Handle data migration and system integration Provide post-implementation support Required Skills:
8+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 (CRM/CE) Hands-on ERP implementation experience (AX, NAV, or GP) Experience with Finance & SCM modules Understanding of business processes, regulatory, tax, and statutory requirements Experience in change management Knowledge of Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate) Experience with Azure services and integration tools Strong communication and client-facing skills
