The VP, Global Accounts Data Centers will serve as the executive leader responsible for designing, developing, and driving Prosegur's global security standards, best practices, innovation frameworks, operational excellence strategies and lead commercial engagements for Data Center clients. This role ensures Prosegur remains a global industry leader by developing world-class methodologies across physical security, technology integration, risk management, compliance, and service delivery while growing the Data Center vertical globally. This VP will oversee strategic initiatives, standardization, and continuous improvement across all business units. Strategic Leadership & Vision
Develop and execute the long-term vision for Prosegur's Data Center Client, ensuring alignment with Prosegur's global strategic goals. Establish enterprise-wide security standards, operating frameworks, and global best practices. Serve as a senior advisor to executive leadership regarding Data Center security strategy, innovation, and risk mitigation. Engagement strategy to grow the data center vertical Operational Excellence & Standardization
Drive consistency in security operations, protocols, and service delivery across all regions. Oversee the creation and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality controls, and performance benchmarks. Lead global audits, compliance reviews, and continuous improvement programs. Innovation & Technology Integration
Evaluate and implement emerging security technologies, analytics platforms, surveillance systems, and automation tools. Lead cross-functional innovation projects to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and elevate client experience. Partner with IT, engineering, and technology vendors to integrate advanced solutions into security operations. Risk, Compliance & Governance
Develop and oversee enterprise risk assessments, threat analysis frameworks, and crisis response standards. Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, industry certifications, and client contractual obligations. Lead major incident reviews and high-risk investigations as needed. Leadership & Talent Development
Build and elevate a high-performing team of directors, managers, and subject matter experts. Develop global training programs, certification pathways, and capability-building initiatives. Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and innovation. Client Partnership & Business Growth
Act as a senior client advisor for key global enterprise accounts, offering strategic insights and security solutions. Collaborate with sales and account management to support business development initiatives. Represent Prosegur at conferences, industry boards, and strategic engagements. Qualifications
Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in security management, Business Administration, Risk Management, or related field required. Master's degree (MBA, MS in Security or Risk, or similar) strongly preferred. 15+ years of progressively responsible leadership experience in security operations, corporate security, or risk managementpreferably within a global organization. Proven experience leading multi-country security programs and high-performance teams. Knowledge & Skills Expert knowledge of physical security operations, risk frameworks, and regulatory compliance. Strong understanding of modern security technologies (VMS, analytics, AI, access control, integrated security platforms, etc.). Executive-level strategic planning, operations management, and organizational leadership skills. Exceptional communication, client-facing ability, and C-suite advisory capability. Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
