Job Description
Prosegur is seeking an experienced, strategic Regional Director to lead security operations across the Atlanta market. This leader will partner with the SVP and HR to drive operational excellence, ensure compliance, and deliver strong financial results. The role oversees multi-site operations, leads General Managers and account teams, and implements data-driven initiatives to improve service, workforce performance, and client satisfaction—while aligning corporate strategy with field execution.
Summary of Duties
The Regional Director is accountable for overall performance and strategic oversight across the Atlanta market, including service delivery, financial results, client satisfaction, workforce optimization, and compliance. This role drives operational consistency, leadership accountability, and continuous improvement while advancing scalable practices that support performance, reduce risk, and enable long‑term growth.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee multi‑site security operations and ensure consistent service delivery aligned with client expectations and contractual requirements
- Maintain full responsibility for P&L performance, driving profitability through effective labor management and operational efficiencies
- Lead and develop General Managersand operational leadership teams to ensure alignment with company standards and business objectives
- Implement scalable processes, training, and operational improvements across all assigned markets
- Serve as the senior escalation point for client concerns and ensuretimelyresolution of high‑level issues
- Build andmaintainstrong client relationships, ensuring service excellence and long‑term partnership success
- Identifyand support new business opportunities and organic growth within existing accounts
- Conduct regular client engagement to ensure alignment with service expectations and performance standards
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on operational performance, financial results, staffing trends, and account health
- Analyze performance metrics and implement data‑driven strategies to improve outcomes
- Support the execution of corporate and national initiatives while adapting to operational needs
- Maintain clear and consistent communication across leadership, HR, and field teams
Other Duties
- Demonstrate the ability to think clearly during high‑stress periods.
- Work with leadership to adapt and apply for Prosegur initiatives and programs in a manner that supports local businessneeds.
- Partner with Corporate HR teams on special projects and assignments
Qualifications
- Strong ability to multi‑task and prioritize urgent staffingneeds.
- Proven experience inestablishingstrong relationships with community‑based methods.
- Strong relationship‑building skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self‑starter, with the ability to thrive in a fast‑pacedenvironment.
- Demonstratedproficiency with programs like Microsoft Office, Scheduling Software (Winteam)
- Ability to work independently and with ateam.
