Synergy HomeCare - About the Role As our Activities and Marketing Assistant, you will be the face of Synergy HomeCare of Gastonia within the communities of western North Carolina. Your efforts will directly help families find non-medical in-home caregiver support, while also contributing to the growth and success of our agency. This Part-Time sales position is ideal for someone passionate about relationship-building and community outreach within healthcare. Key Responsibilities

Build and nurture trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, referral partners, and local organizations

Host and attend community events to boost awareness of our services

Develop and execute a sales plan to meet growth and revenue targets

Wed Love to Hear from You if You:

Have 1+ years of sales or marketing experience within home care, healthcare, or senior services.

Have existing industry relationships and referral connections (preferred)

Are comfortable with cold calling and outreach

Are a people person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Are organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented

Have strong computer skills and CRM knowledge

Have a bachelors degree in business, marketing, or healthcare (preferred)

Enjoy working with elders
