We are seeking a

Customer Service Representative

to support daily operations in a fast-paced, logistics-driven environment. In this role, you will work closely with customers, business partners, and drivers to ensure smooth delivery operations and exceptional service. This is a great opportunity for candidates with

who enjoy problem-solving and working in a dynamic team environment. Key Responsibilities

Assist customers and partners via phone and email Handle inquiries, complaints, and service issues professionally Diagnose and resolve delivery or order-related problems Monitor delivery routes and provide real-time updates Process order changes, cancellations, and updates Perform data entry and maintain accurate records Support logistics operations including scanning and verification tasks

Required Qualifications

Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

1+ year of customer service or call center experience High school diploma or equivalent Experience in logistics, dispatch, or delivery support (a plus) Bilingual skills (highly preferred)
