Interview: 2 zoom Visas: USC/GC/H4-EAD only Location Type: On-site (M-F, 8am-5pm) with hybrid schedule (In-office days are Mon, Tues, and Thurs). We're searching for an experienced technical writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven success in an IT organization developing runbooks and playbooks to assist with timely restoration of services. Objectives of the role include:

• Developing runbooks and playbooks
• Assisting with timely restoration of services

The role requires an individual who can effectively communicate complex technical information to a diverse audience.
