Vice President, Operations, CC Ford Healthcare

Seeking dedicated, innovative individual for Managing Director, Medical Education. This role involves collaborating with internal and external experts to identify practice gaps, develop strategic needs assessments, and create high-quality content for medical education activities. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing a team and contributing to new business development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain knowledge of the rules and regulations governing the pharmaceutical industry.
• Stay updated on important clinical issues and industry trends.
• Establish and maintain relationships with nationally and internationally recognized faculty thought leaders.
• Design high-quality, accredited education based on unmet needs and clearly defined learning objectives.
• Collaborate with the project team to finalize educational content, visuals, and multimedia elements.
• Develop questions for post-tests, outcomes assessments, and learner surveys.
• Contribute to new business development by identifying clinical practice gaps and potential funders.
• Manage and mentor a team of project managers and directors.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working remotely and independently in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
• Advanced medical or science degree preferred, or 7+ years\' experience in the medical education field.
• Knowledge of specific therapeutic areas and existing relationships with faculty thought leaders.
• Proven track record of grant writing and significant experience designing, writing, and editing clinical content for healthcare professionals.
• At least 7-10 years of relevant experience in medical education, including managing individuals or teams.
• Solid background and experience in general medicine editorial topics.
• Adept at researching, compiling, and analyzing clinical and scientific evidence quickly.
• Solid editorial (writing and editing) skills and capability to adapt editorial style based on the educational format and/or the target audience.
• Expert at Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Familiarity with AMA Style Guide.
• Ability to travel.
