We’re hiring an Executive Director to lead Escondido Education COMPACT — driving strategy, nonprofit operations , and community-based programs that deliver measurable outcomes.

Your Role:

Shape and execute the organization’s strategic plan.
Manage and grow a $2.7M+ budget with financial accountability.
Oversee programs that support youth education and career readiness .
Build strong relationships with schools, agencies, and local businesses.
Ensure compliance with government grants and reporting requirements.

Your Background:

5+ years senior leadership in a nonprofit setting
Strong skills in financial management , staff leadership , and fundraising
Effective communicator and relationship-builder
