Director of Reporting & Pricing

Director of Reporting & Pricing – Legal Industry Leadership Role – 5+ years of experience in reporting, pricing, or financial analysis (legal industry required).

What you’ll do:

• Manage and mentor the pricing/reporting and client/timekeeper data teams.
• Conduct performance evaluations and approve timecards/PTO for your team.
• Oversee monthly, annual, and ad hoc financial reporting and analysis.
• Develop pricing proposals for RFPs while ensuring compliance with firm policies.
• Partner with leadership, practice groups, finance, business development, and data teams to ensure accurate and streamlined reporting.
• Lead matter budgets, client rates, and profitability analysis.
• Build and maintain SSRS and Power BI reports to deliver actionable insights.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in reporting, pricing, or financial analysis (legal industry required).
• 3+ years of managerial experience leading high-performing teams.
• Advanced technical skills in Aderant, Power BI, MS Excel, and SQL (Azure experience a plus).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate across departments and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
