Job Summary

The Director, People & Culture Business Partner will lead strategic HR initiatives for Integrity’s Wealth and Annuities division, focusing on organizational design, change management, talent management and leadership support. This role will partner with divisional leadership to drive HR strategies that align with business objectives, enhance organizational effectiveness, and foster a high-performance culture.

Primary Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership

  • Acts as a trusted advisor to Wealth and Annuities Leadership team, building deep understanding and relationships with leadership and their organizations.
  • Partners with Wealth and Annuities business leaders and teams to design organizational frameworks that optimize reporting lines, roles, and responsibilities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
  • Provides workforce planning advice to address current and future talent needs, ensuring effective deployment of human resources.
  • Supports divisional leadership with talent management initiatives, including performance management discussions, employee engagement, succession planning, talent reviews, and development planning.

Transformation and Change Management Support

  • Represents and advocates for divisional needs in enterprise-wide HR program development and implementation, facilitating talent-related change management activities.
  • Evaluates impact of proposed changes on employees and advises client groups on alternatives and mitigation.
  • Develops resources to support ongoing integration initiatives, including cultural alignment and workforce transition planning.
  • Champions change management efforts to support broader Integrity transformation initiatives.
  • Partners with P&C COE teams to ensure a people‑first experience with change.

People & Culture Optimization

  • Leads and develops a team of People & Culture Business Partners, aligning with organizational priorities and fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
  • Leverages data to inform strategic decisions, collaborating with People Analytics to create dashboards and solutions.
  • Provides HR expertise and partners with COEs to establish procedures and best practices.

Employee Experience

  • Mediate and resolve employee relations issues; conduct thorough investigations with leaders and legal resources.
  • Facilitates team building and professional development workshops as needed, covering topics such as New Leader Assimilation, DISC, Situational Leadership.

Primary Skills And Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years progressive HR experience, ideally in wealth management or financial services.
  • Key experiences within Business Partner, Organizational Design, and Talent Management functions.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience leading a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in HR, Business, Industrial Relations, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • Able to exercise tact and diplomacy to resolve sensitive issues.
  • Capable of designing and executing programs that meet organizational needs.
  • Proficient in coaching, mentoring, and advising leaders and employees for growth.
  • Strong influence skills across leadership levels without direct authority.
  • Strong judgment and analytical skills for investigating complaints, advising on performance, identifying problems, and recommending solutions.
  • Excellent internal consulting skills and ability to build partnerships at all levels.
  • Capable of completing tasks in a fast‑paced workplace with changing priorities.
