
Director, Ecommerce Growth & Conversion

A fast-growing, design-led DTC ecommerce brand is looking for a Director of Ecommerce Growth to own and improve the performance of its website — the company’s largest and most important revenue channel.
This is a highly visible, hands-on role focused on driving conversion, improving site performance, and maximizing the efficiency of marketing spend. You’ll play a key role in scaling the business by turning site traffic into measurable revenue growth.
What You’ll Do
- Own website performance, including conversion rate (CVR), UX, and overall revenue impact
- Identify and execute opportunities to improve funnel performance, reduce drop-off, and increase AOV
- Build and lead a structured A/B testing and experimentation roadmap
- Analyze user behavior and performance data to uncover insights and drive decisions
- Partner cross-functionally to translate data into actionable improvements
- Manage and evaluate paid media agency performance, ensuring efficient use of spend
- Provide input on channel expansion and overall growth strategy
- Contribute to an upcoming website redesign, ensuring performance and conversion are prioritized
What We’re Looking For
- 6–10+ years of experience in ecommerce growth, CRO, or digital performance
- Strong DTC ecommerce experience (physical product preferred)
- Proven track record improving conversion and driving revenue through site optimization
- Hands‑on experience with A/B testing, analytics, and experimentation
- Experience with tools like Shopify, Google Analytics, and BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn data into action
- Experience working alongside or managing paid media performance (Meta required; additional channels a plus)
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
