A fast-growing ecommerce brand is seeking a Director of Ecommerce Growth to optimize website performance, drive conversion increases, and maximize marketing efficiency. This hands-on role encompasses analyzing user behavior, managing paid media agency performance, and contributing to website redesign efforts. Candidates should have 6–10+ years of experience with a proven ability to improve revenue through site optimization. Strong DTC ecommerce experience is preferred. The position is based in Boston, Massachusetts.
