The Role
- Own & Drive the Sales Funnel: Generate proactive demand, manage Salesforce-focused deals, and close opportunities.
- Engage as a Trusted Advisor: Lead CXO-level conversations with thought leadership and strategic insights.
- Deliver Impactful Solutions: Identify client challenges and design Salesforce-based solutions.
- Collaborate Globally: Work with cross-functional teams and partners to deliver successful deals.
- Showcase Expertise: Present and demonstrate Salesforce solutions with clarity and confidence.
- Influence Partnerships: Drive joint pursuits, co-sell with Salesforce, and lead marketing initiatives.
What You Bring
- Experience: 10–15 years in IT; 5+ years in Salesforce CRM implementation.
- Consulting Expertise: 3+ years helping clients identify and solve business problems.
- Transformation Experience: At least one Salesforce transformation program in BFSI in the last 5 years.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of BFSI trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Leadership Skills: Manage diverse stakeholders - customers, Salesforce teams, and internal leadership.
