KRAs / KPIs:
- TCV of deals won with AI led solution offering
- No. of key accounts into which AI based solutions are sold
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver on revenue and TCV goals for AI based deals
- Lead a team of AI solution sales experts in the US
- Work with Partners, Coforge industry vertical sales teams and Coforge AI solutions teams to create AI led pitches for key accounts — both proactive pitches as well as responses to RFPs.
- Pitch AI propositions to CXOs (not just CIOs)
- Guide Coforge AI solutions / assets development by way of providing direction on clients’ AI priorities, adoption trends. Also guide the marketing team to ensure that AI related marketing spends are directed in relevant areas and in relevant channels.
Ideal Profile
- Experience: 15–20 years in IT services, with atleast 5 years of sales leadership role
- Tech Fluency: Understanding of current AI landscape and enough technical skills and curiosity to stay familiar with new AI developments and what these mean in practical applications
- Client-Centric: Executive presence, consultative selling skills, and ability to connect AI innovation to real-world business outcomes
