About the Role
We are seeking a motivated, hardworking and experienced Go To Market (GTM) Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our Data group. This role works directly with Sales, RevOps and Marketing stakeholders to understand their analytical needs, build the data infrastructure that supports them, and surface insights that move the business forward. It is a highly visible, strategic position that offers the opportunity to shape the company’s GTM efforts through robust data analysis.
In fast‑moving environments, enjoy evaluating and analyzing data and making a significant impact on the company’s growth—this is the challenge you’re looking for.
Key Responsibilities
- Own GTM analytics end‑to‑end: pipeline reporting, funnel analysis, revenue attribution, campaign performance, and customer segmentation.
- Build and maintain clean, accurate, and scalable dashboards and reports for GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, RevOps).
- Transition Tableau dashboards from direct Salesforce connectors to the Data Warehouse as the single source of truth.
- Collaborate closely with the data engineer to integrate additional data sources into the data warehouse.
- Proactively identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities in GTM data; communicate findings clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Help define and standardize key GTM metrics and KPIs company‑wide.
- Provide actionable insights that influence, support, and execute business decisions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and GTM analytics best practices to continuously enhance analytical capabilities.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 2‑4 years of proven experience as a Sales/Marketing/GTM BI analyst or a related field in a B2B SaaS company.
- Strong SQL skills – write complex queries from scratch and navigate data warehouses (BigQuery preferred).
- Proficiency in Tableau (or equivalent BI tool) and experience in Excel.
- Hands‑on Python experience for data manipulation, scripting, and automation.
- Familiarity with CRM and GTM tooling: Salesforce (required – understand the data model, navigate SFDC objects and fields), HubSpot, GA4, Mixpanel, and/or Stripe experience is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical skills in pipeline analytics, funnel reporting, revenue attribution, campaign performance evaluation, and customer segmentation.
- Proactive, problem‑solving attitude and capacity to identify opportunities for improvement and drive initiatives forward.
- Team‑player mindset and ability to collaborate across departments, building strong working relationships.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex analytical findings to non‑technical stakeholders.
Advantages
- Experience with AI solutions for data development and generative‑AI chatbots for self‑service BI.
- Experience with dbt or another transformation framework, and statistical modeling for LTV, churn and retention forecasting, and cohort analysis.
- Comfortable working within tight schedules and with ever‑changing priorities.
- Experience working in a global company.
