Senior Vice President, Product Strategy - Product & Innovation Hub

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with market trends, client needs, and business objectives
  • Drive a product‑led cultural shift from bespoke solutions to scalable customization, promoting innovation, efficiency, and enhanced client satisfaction
  • Identify and prioritize product opportunities, create business cases, and manage investment decisions
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement product strategies and initiatives effectively
  • Drive implementation of new and evolved product solutions by translating strategic vision into a gameplan and mobilizing teams for execution
  • Monitor industry trends, market analysis, and client feedback to inform product development and innovation
  • Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning across the product organization

Qualifications

  • 10–12 years of experience
  • MBA preferred
  • Proven experience in product strategy development and implementation
  • Strong understanding of market trends, client needs, and business objectives
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills
  • Ability to drive cultural change and promote innovation
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Prior experience in a product‑led organization preferred
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models
  • Experience with data analysis and interpretation to drive product decisions with data‑driven insights

Benefits and Compensation

BNY offers highly competitive compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs rooted in a strong culture of excellence and our pay‑for‑performance philosophy. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $102,000 and $190,000 per year at the commencement of employment, with individualized determination based on experience and market location. Other components may include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short‑ and long‑term incentive packages, and company‑sponsored benefit programs.

This position is at‑will and the company reserves the right to modify base salary and other discretionary payments at any time, including for reasons related to performance, geographic location, department/team performance, and market factors.
