Senior Director, Product Management (mophie & ZAGG)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director of Product Management to lead the strategic consolidation of the mophie and ZAGG e‑commerce platforms into a unified Shopify site. This leadership role will be responsible for driving the vision, roadmap, and execution of this critical initiative, ensuring a seamless and enhanced customer experience across both brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end‑to‑end product management for the integration of mophie and ZAGG websites into a single Shopify platform.
  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with business goals and customer needs.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Define and prioritise product features, enhancements, and improvements to optimise user experience and drive revenue growth.
  • Manage and mentor a team of product managers and other product professionals.
  • Analyse market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
  • Ensure timely delivery of milestones and maintain high‑quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Drive change management and adoption strategies for internal stakeholders and customers.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in senior product management roles, preferably with e‑commerce platform integrations.
  • Strong knowledge of Shopify platform capabilities and limitations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross‑functional projects and deliver results on time.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience managing and developing high‑performing product teams.
  • Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
