Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 8–12+ years of experience in commercial credit, underwriting, or asset‑backed lending.
  • Strong experience interacting with institutional lenders or capital providers.
  • Proven ability to design or evolve credit policies and underwriting frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of portfolio analytics, including loss drivers and performance segmentation.
  • Experience operating in a high‑growth or evolving environment where structure is still being built.
  • Ability to operate as a hands‑on individual contributor while influencing across teams.

What You’ll Receive

  • Competitive compensation including base salary, bonus, and equity
  • Employer‑sponsored 401(k) with match
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Flexible time off and hybrid work environment
  • Opportunity to build and scale a critical function at a high‑growth fintech company
