Director, North America B2C Business Lead - New York, NY or Atlanta, GA

* 10+ years’ experience in payments, preferably within business-to-consumer payments, disbursement solutions, cross-border payments* Demonstrated success in leading cross‐functional teams to deliver measurable revenue outcomes.* General management experience, with the ability to flex across all aspects of running a business (go-to-market, account management, product strategy)* Experience in P&L ownership or revenue management strongly preferred.* Exceptional communication skills with the ability to confidently engage executive audiences, both internal and external.* Executive presence, strong decision-making capabilities, and the ability to operate independently with minimal oversight.* Highly analytical, data-driven decision maker.* Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.* Ability to thrive in a complex, global, matrixed environment.* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent of work experience.
