Reporting directly to the CIO, this role serves as the execution engine for the enterprise digital agenda — translating vision into structured programs, governance, and measurable outcomes. The Senior Director acts as a trusted partner to the CIO and a key connector between IT and the business.**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS*** Lead the design and operations of the Digital Office, including portfolio management, digital program delivery, and governance processes.* Work closely with the CIO to develop and communicate the digital roadmap, ensuring initiatives are prioritized, resourced, and tracked against strategic objectives.* Serve as the primary point of coordination across business units, ensuring digital programs are aligned with functional needs and delivered with minimal friction.* Establish intake, prioritization, and reporting frameworks that give leadership visibility into the health and progress of the digital portfolio.* Drive adoption of agile and product-oriented delivery practices, coaching teams and stakeholders on new ways of working.* Lead change management efforts associated with major digital initiatives, ensuring that technology investments translate into sustained behavioral and process change across the organization.* Manage relationships with strategic vendors and technology partners, support business case development for new investments, and represent the Digital Office in executive and cross-functional forums.* Other duties as assigned**Note:** This position is scoped to support hiring at either the **Director or Senior Director level**.
