Role Overview
The Director, Program Management and Delivery is a senior leadership role within Brother’s Business Transformation Office (BTO), accountable for the successful delivery of enterprise programs and complex, cross‑functional initiatives across the Americas.
Responsibilities include enterprise program management oversight, delivery governance, program planning, financial reporting, leadership and continuous improvement, and interfacing with portfolio governance, finance, and change management.
Duties & Responsibilities
Establish and lead Brother’s enterprise program management and delivery framework across strategic and transformational initiatives.
Provide oversight for complex, multi-workstream programs, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, budgets and value objectives.
Standardize delivery practices, ensuring scalability and alignment with BTO portfolio and governance standards.
Govern interdependencies across programs and initiatives to reduce execution risk.
Lead a multidisciplinary delivery team (Project Management & Change Management) to achieve cohesive execution and outcomes.
Provide people leadership, capability development and performance oversight across project delivery, change execution and continuous improvement disciplines.
Coordinate project execution, change adoption and process optimisation to deliver sustainable business outcomes.
Act as a trusted advisor to executives on delivery feasibility, trade‑offs and execution risk.
Maintain consistent communication across regions and functions regarding delivery status and expectations.
Define and enforce delivery governance standards, including status reporting, risk and issue management, dependency tracking and escalation protocols.
Ensure all programs have clear delivery accountability, decision rights and escalation paths.
Partner with Portfolio Governance to align execution with approved sequencing, funding and capacity constraints.
Intervene when delivery performance deviates materially from approved baselines.
Own enterprise-level visibility into delivery risks, issues and cross‑program dependencies.
Identify systemic delivery risks and recommend mitigation or corrective actions.
Escalate material risks impacting timeline, cost, quality or benefits realization to executive leadership.
Capture lessons learned and incorporate into future practices.
Ensure programs align with approved business outcomes and benefits.
Partner with Change and Business Owners to support delivery milestones that facilitate adoption and value realization.
Validate that program completion criteria include readiness for transition, sustainment and operational ownership.
Support post‑implementation reviews to confirm delivery effectiveness and benefit realization.
Oversee integrated program plans, roadmaps and milestones that align strategy to execution.
Structure programs with clear workstreams, milestones, success criteria and measurable outcomes.
Account for resource availability, regional considerations and change impacts in delivery plans.
Drive disciplined execution while allowing flexibility for evolving priorities.
Partner with Finance and Portfolio Governance to align execution with approved budgets and forecasts.
Monitor financial performance, schedule adherence and forecast accuracy.
Support reforecasting, trade‑off analysis and recovery planning.
Provide clear, decision-oriented reporting to executive leadership.
Translate delivery data into actionable insights.
Build and lead high‑performing program management talent within the BTO/EPMO ecosystem.
Coach program leaders on execution discipline and stakeholder management.
Drive continuous improvement of delivery tools, templates and practices.
Promote a culture of accountability, transparency and outcome‑focused execution.
Experience & Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, Engineering or a related field.
Master’s Degree or MBA (Preferred).
Experience
10+ years in program management, large‑scale delivery leadership or enterprise transformation execution.
Experience leading complex, cross‑functional programs in a matrixed organization.
Experience with delivery financials, risk management and organizational change impacts.
Licenses & Certifications
PMP – Project Management Professional.
Six Sigma Green Belt (Preferred).
Software/Technical Skills
Advanced Jira, Workfront or other project management tools.
Intermediate Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Intermediate familiarity with enterprise delivery methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall) at a governance level (Preferred).

Ability to deliver initiatives across multiple regions or geographies (Preferred).
Additional Details for This Role
This is a hybrid role; employees may work remotely up to two days per week as needed. Assigned office days are determined by manager.
Compensation and Benefits
Base Salary:
$170,000 – $195,000 per year.
Bonus:
Eligible for a 30% bonus at 100% of target, with the opportunity to exceed 100% depending on company performance.
