Responsibilities

  • Leverage expertise in digital marketing to spearhead initiatives in digital capability building, ensuring strategic alignment and maximizing digital presence and performance across platforms.
  • Define and lead digital marketing initiatives across digital channels and oversee efforts to enhance online presence and drive business objectives, enriching digital customer experiences across channels, ensuring seamless interactions, heightened engagement, and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive the development of digital commerce strategies aligned with broader business goals, ensuring seamless execution, alignment with KPIs, and continuous identification of opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Perform and direct advanced analysis of digital metrics, leveraging complex data insights to refine strategies, optimize performance, and support key business decisions.
  • Ensure that data‑driven approaches are embedded across all digital marketing activities.
  • Lead and mentor teams of digital marketing professionals, effectively delegating tasks, optimizing workflows, and ensuring high performance and professional growth.
  • Collaborate extensively with cross‑functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of digital initiatives and the achievement of shared objectives, and lead the adoption and integration of emerging digital marketing trends, technologies, and innovative practices to improve business performance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree or minimum 6 years of experience with a Master’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing Research, Data Analysis, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leading company with demonstrated expertise in digital team leadership, vision and value communication, executive communication, and people and stakeholder management.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data insights into strategic and actionable digital initiatives.

Working Conditions

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full‑time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is an office role.

Pay & Benefits

The pay range for this position in IL is $171,675.00 to $274,680.00.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job‑related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long‑term incentives may be offered. Additional Information

US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work‑authorized visa, now or in the future.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside within commuting distance to Chicago, IL.
