The Area Director will oversee multiple operating locations across South Florida, with full responsibility for operational performance, financial results, and team leadership. This role plays a key part in aligning field execution with broader business objectives while building the structure and leadership needed to support continued growth.
The Environment
This role operates within a field-driven construction and infrastructure services environment, supporting multiple active job sites across South Florida. The Area Director works closely with project management, field leadership, and support functions to ensure consistent execution and performance.
The environment is fast-paced and performance-oriented, requiring strong leadership, clear decision-making, and the ability to balance strategic priorities with day-to-day operational demands. Regional travel is a regular part of the role.

- Alignment across operations, finance, safety, and support functions
- Establishment of scalable processes that support regional growth and long-term performance
- 8–10+ years of experience in construction, infrastructure services, or related industries
- Experience managing multiple projects, locations, or business units
- Strong financial acumen, including P&L ownership, budgeting, and cost control
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to develop and lead managers and teams
- Background working cross-functionally across operations, finance, and support functions
- Experience in contractor, EPC, or multi-project environments preferred
