Leading global company in Digital Energy Solutions is looking for a Head of Sales to lead and expand its footprint in the United States market within the Transmission & Distribution (T&D) software domain .
This is a strategic leadership role focused on driving growth across utility software solutions , working with top-tier energy companies and leading large, complex deals in the energy transition space.
- Define and execute the sales strategy for T&D software solutions across the U.S.
- Lead high‑value, complex sales cycles with utilities, energy markets, and large energy users
- Build and manage C‑level relationships , positioning the company as a strategic partner
- Grid operations & control room solutions
- Asset Performance Management
- Energy trading & transaction systems
- IT/OT integration across utilities
- Lead RFPs, proposals, and negotiations for large‑scale deals
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, engineering, and delivery teams
- 10+ years of experience in sales / business development in the energy sector
- Strong background in T&D, utilities, or grid software solutions
- Experience selling enterprise software / digital solutions to utilities
- Strong exposure to SCADA, EMS, ADMS, or grid digitalization
- Established relationships with U.S. utility companies (C‑level preferred)
- Strategic mindset with strong consultative selling skills
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States
Additional Information
- Salary: $250,000 – $300,000 + sales incentive
