Leading global company in Digital Energy Solutions is looking for a Head of Sales to lead and expand its footprint in the United States market within the Transmission & Distribution (T&D) software domain .

This is a strategic leadership role focused on driving growth across utility software solutions , working with top-tier energy companies and leading large, complex deals in the energy transition space.

  • Define and execute the sales strategy for T&D software solutions across the U.S.
  • Lead high‑value, complex sales cycles with utilities, energy markets, and large energy users
  • Build and manage C‑level relationships , positioning the company as a strategic partner
  • Grid operations & control room solutions
  • Asset Performance Management
  • Energy trading & transaction systems
  • IT/OT integration across utilities
  • Lead RFPs, proposals, and negotiations for large‑scale deals
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, engineering, and delivery teams
  • 10+ years of experience in sales / business development in the energy sector
  • Strong background in T&D, utilities, or grid software solutions
  • Experience selling enterprise software / digital solutions to utilities
  • Strong exposure to SCADA, EMS, ADMS, or grid digitalization
  • Established relationships with U.S. utility companies (C‑level preferred)
  • Strategic mindset with strong consultative selling skills
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States

Additional Information

  • Salary: $250,000 – $300,000 + sales incentive
