What you’ll be responsible for:
- Leading assay and product development efforts across multiple platforms (serological, molecular, etc.)
- Setting strategy and aligning development initiatives with broader business goals
- Driving innovation while ensuring quality, scalability, and regulatory compliance
- Partnering cross-functionally with R&D, regulatory, quality, manufacturing, and commercial teams
- Mentoring and developing a team of scientists, fostering a strong culture of performance and growth
What they’re looking for:
- Advanced degree in a life sciences discipline (PhD or MS)
- ~10+ years in assay or product development within diagnostics or life sciences
- Strong experience with technologies such as ELISA, PCR, NGS, or similar
- Proven leadership track record managing teams and complex programs
- Deep understanding of IVD regulatory and quality requirements
