The Senior Project Director, Change Management, will be a pivotal leader responsible for driving change management efforts across major strategic initiatives. This individual will design, implement, and continuously refine the organization’s playbook for managing change on strategic projects and programs. The role ensures that new capabilities and solutions rolled out across the enterprise achieve high adoption and acceptance rates, fostering a culture of engagement and continuous improvement. Additionally, this leader will spearhead strategic supply chain initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering measurable business impact.

What You’ll Do For Us

  • Develop and institutionalize a comprehensive change management framework tailored for supply‑chain‑wide strategic projects and programs.
  • Lead the end‑to‑end change management lifecycle, including stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, communication planning, training, and reinforcement activities.
  • Collaborate with executive sponsors, project teams, and business units to align on change strategies and objectives, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Drive adoption of new capabilities through targeted interventions, support mechanisms, and continuous engagement to secure high levels of organizational acceptance.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine change management methodologies by incorporating feedback, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Direct and manage cross‑functional project teams to deliver strategic initiatives on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Track change management metrics, identify risks, and proactively address resistance to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in project and change management, including leadership of complex, enterprise‑level initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change management for strategic projects with measurable business impact.
  • Experience with supply‑chain projects and concrete implementations.
  • Proficiency in leading cross‑functional teams and building high‑performing teams in a matrixed environment.
  • Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) preferred.
  • Exceptional ability to develop well‑reasoned, financially sound investment and project proposals.
  • Solid grasp of end‑to‑end system business fundamentals and growth drivers across various markets and dimensions.

Salary: $162,000 - $188,000

Base pay may vary based on geography, knowledge, skills, and experience.

Annual incentive reference value: 30%
