
Senior Director, Change Management & Project Management

The Senior Project Director, Change Management, will be a pivotal leader responsible for driving change management efforts across major strategic initiatives, including supply chain projects.
What You'll Do for Us
- Develop and Institutionalize Frameworks: Create and embed a comprehensive change management framework tailored for Supply Chain-wide strategic projects and programs.
- Lead Change Management Processes: Oversee the end-to-end change management lifecycle, including stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, communication planning, training, and reinforcement activities.
- Collaborate with Key Stakeholders: Partner with executive sponsors, project teams, and business units to align on change strategies and objectives, ensuring seamless execution.
- Drive Adoption of New Capabilities: Ensure high levels of organizational acceptance and sustained adoption of new capabilities through targeted interventions, support mechanisms, and continuous engagement.
- Enhance Methodologies: Continuously evaluate and refine change management methodologies by incorporating feedback, industry trends, and best practices to drive lasting transformation.
- Deliver Strategic Initiatives: Direct and manage cross-functional project teams to deliver strategic initiatives on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Monitor and Report Metrics: Track change management metrics, identify risks, and proactively address resistance to ensure successful outcomes.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in project and change management, including leadership of complex, enterprise-level initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to drive change management for strategic projects with measurable business impact.
- Experience with supply chain projects and concrete implementations.
- Proficiency in leading cross‑functional teams and building high‑performing teams in a matrixed environment.
- Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) preferred.
- Exceptional business acumen and understanding of end‑to‑end system fundamentals and growth drivers.
- Strategic thinking, change leadership, organizational agility, results orientation, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.

Pay Range: $162,000 - $188,000 (Base pay may vary by geography, skills, experience). Annual incentive reference value: 30%.
Location: United States – Atlanta, Georgia.
Travel Required: 0%–25%. Relocation: Not provided.
