Overview
OUTFRONT Media is seeking a Commercial, Regional Senior Vice President (RSVP), West to lead and scale a high‑performing, digitally driven sales organization across one of our most strategic regions.
Based in Los Angeles, this role is responsible for driving revenue growth, accelerating digital transformation, and leading a multi‑market sales organization across Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego, Fresno, Sacramento, Reno, Las Vegas, and Phoenix.
Reporting to the CRO, Commercial, this is a senior commercial leadership role focused on performance, people, and growth.
What You’ll Do
Drive Revenue Growth
- Own and accelerate regional revenue performance, delivering consistent, sustainable growth
- Lead the development and execution of market‑level sales strategies
- Drive digital revenue expansion across Direct IO, DDA, Mobile, and Programmatic
- Strengthen pipeline, pricing discipline, and forecast accuracy across all markets
Lead a High‑Performing Sales Organization
- Build, lead, and develop a best‑in‑class regional sales team, including VPs of Sales and market leaders
- Establish clear KPIs, performance standards, and operating cadence
- Coach and mentor leaders to improve execution, accountability, and results
- Foster a high‑performance, collaborative culture aligned to company values
Advance Commercial Transformation
- Evolve the region into a data‑driven, performance‑led sales organization
- Modernize go‑to‑market strategies through integrated IRL + digital + data solutions
- Partner cross‑functionally with marketing, operations, and finance to maximize revenue outcomes
Build Strategic Relationships
- Develop and expand senior‑level relationships with key regional and enterprise clients
- Actively engage in‑market to drive deal velocity and strategic partnerships
What You Bring
- 15+ years of leadership experience in media, digital, or sales‑driven organizations
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and scaling high‑performing teams
- Deep expertise in sales strategy, pipeline management, and revenue operations
- Strong client presence with the ability to influence at the senior executive level
- Strategic mindset with a bias for execution and results
- Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing skills
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- Must be based in Los Angeles

The salary range for this role is $375,000-$415,000 per year. This role is also eligible for incentive compensation. Compensation is determined during our interview process by assessing a candidate's experience and skills relative to internal peers and market benchmarks evaluated for the scope and responsibilities of the position.
