- Operational Decision Intelligence: Embed success metrics into the core enablement operating model, ensuring that planning and execution cycles are informed by predictive insights.
- Stakeholder Management: Work cross functionally with data, technology and business user teams to drive the development roadmap, launching and iterating the innovative solutions within AI‑powered measurement.
Responsibilities
- Prove the Impact: Transition the organization from assuming enablement works to rigorously proving how it accelerates seller behaviors and business outcomes.
- Measure What Matters: Deliver a holistic view of readiness that encompasses skills, performance, and impact, ensuring actionable insights for both sellers and executive leaders.
- Drive Global Alignment: Lead a cross‑functional community of practice across Sales Strategy, Technology, and Enablement to ensure the performance roadmap aligns with enterprise goals.
Required Experience
- 12+ years in business or technology consulting with a proven track record of leading large scale performance and analytics initiatives.
- A decisive, action‑oriented leader with the intellectual curiosity to continuously evolve the performance and analytics function into a true Center of Excellence.
- Advanced proficiency in leveraging industry‑standard analytical tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI) to manipulate large datasets.
- Proven ability to translate complex analytical models into compelling, high‑level narratives for executive stakeholders and executive packs for standardisation.
- Exceptional ability to influence resources without direct reporting lines and navigate complex global organisations.
