Salary: $90,000 - $115,000

Job Summary
Sr. Director of Food & Nutrition
Orlando, FL (Relocation Required)
$95K–$115K + Bonus + Relocation Assistance
This is a high-impact leadership role for someone ready to own the operation, lead from the front, and elevate a healthcare dining program.
What You’ll Do
- Lead day-to-day food & nutrition operations
- Own P&L, budgeting, and cost control
- Deliver top-tier food quality and service standards
- Ensure safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance
- Build strong client relationships
- Hire, coach, and develop your team
- Drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years leadership experience
- 2–4 years in foodservice operations
- Strong knowledge of quality, cost control, and sanitation
- P&L experience preferred
- ServSafe® a plus
- A proactive, hands-on leadership style
