Salary: $90,000 - $115,000

Other Forms of Compensation: BONUS AND RELOCATION ASSISTANCE

Job Summary

Sr. Director of Food & Nutrition

Orlando, FL (Relocation Required)

$95K–$115K + Bonus + Relocation Assistance

This is a high-impact leadership role for someone ready to own the operation, lead from the front, and elevate a healthcare dining program.

What You’ll Do

• Lead day-to-day food & nutrition operations
• Own P&L, budgeting, and cost control
• Deliver top-tier food quality and service standards
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance
• Build strong client relationships
• Hire, coach, and develop your team
• Drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years leadership experience
• 2–4 years in foodservice operations
• Strong knowledge of quality, cost control, and sanitation
• P&L experience preferred
• ServSafe® a plus
• A proactive, hands-on leadership style
