Vice President of Asset Management

SCI, the Leader in Real Estate Executive Search®, is helping a national industrial real estate investment firm hire a Vice President of Asset Management in the DFW metroplex.

The Vice President will be responsible for driving portfolio performance by executing property business plans, identifying value creation opportunities, and ensuring assets perform in line with underwriting. The role will include extensive cross-functional coordination with leasing, property management, construction and acquisition teams.

The Vice President position requires an experienced industrial real estate professional capable of both managing a large, geographically diverse portfolio and executing asset-level initiatives across leasing, operations and capital projects.
