
Business Development Partner (Equity Opportunity)

Bolt Acquisitions is expanding a well-established crane services operation in West Texas and is looking for a Business Development Partner to help lead the next phase of growth. We aren't looking for another employee. We want a true partner who will receive equity in the compan y as part of their compensation.
This role is designed for someone who already understands the crane industry, knows the customers, and wants more than a traditional commission-based sales position.
You’ll work directly with ownership to expand relationships, open strategic accounts, and help grow a regional crane services platform.

- an experienced operations team
- an active fleet
- an established customer base
- strong regional reputation
- infrastructure in place to support growth
What You’ll Do
This role focuses on revenue leadership and relationship development across:
- construction contractors
- oil & gas operators and service companies
- industrial facilities
- infrastructure projects
- energy and wind support work
Responsibilities include:
- expanding existing customer relationships
- opening new strategic accounts
- supporting long-term contract positioning
- helping shape territory strategy
- identifying utilization opportunities across the fleet
- coordinating closely with dispatch and operations leadership
This is not a quoting role.
This is a growth role.
Ideal Background
Strong candidates typically have experience in:
- crane services sales
- heavy lift coordination
- rigging support services
- heavy equipment rental sales
- industrial or refinery maintenance support
- EPC contractor relationships
- oilfield service relationships
Most importantly:
You already have industry relationships & customers you can call on day 1 to produce sales.
