As a Product Manager in Digital Connected Banking organization, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
Business Credit Journey is a newly launched product designed to help small business owners establish, monitor, and strengthen their credit through tools, insights, and education. This role will own the next phase of growth - scaling the experience to GA, advancing the core feature set, and building a clear monetization strategy. The team operates within a rapidly evolving, high visibility product area with strong engagement across Digital and Line of Business partners. We are seeking a product leader with a passion for financial health, a deep understanding or the small business landscape, and a track record of proactively driving innovation and measurable impact.
Responsibilities
Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
Lead and develop a team of at least three product managers, setting clear priorities, raising the bar on execution, and fostering strong product leadership
Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Legal, Marketing, and Line of Business stakeholders to deliver at scale
Establish KPIs and operating rhythms to drive accountability, measure impact, and continuously optimize performance
Communicate product vision, strategy, and results to senior Digital and LOB (Line of Business) leadership
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
Demonstrated ownership of complex, customer-facing digital products
Experience leading and developing high-performing product teams
Data-driven decision maker with strong experimentation and analytical capabilities
Strong commercial acumen and experience driving revenue, monetization, or measurable business outcomes
Strong cross-functional leadership skills and executive-level communication presence
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, evolving environment with high visibility and ambiguity
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
Deep understanding of the small business ecosystem and/or financial services landscape
Proven ability to scale products from pilot or early launch to broad market adoption
