- Strong hands‑on experience as Salesforce Technical Lead / Developer
- Must have worked extensively on LWC, Apex, OmniStudio, Visualforce, Lightning, and integrations
- OmniStudio experience in at least 5 projects or one project with 10 months of hands‑on work
- Prior experience in Java/.Net is preferred
- Healthcare payer domain experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills with ability to coordinate with onsite USA teams and business stakeholders
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SOAP, REST, WSDL, SSL, Web Services, Bulk API, Metadata API
- Knowledge of governor limits, coding best practices, Apex limitations, deployment handling, and troubleshooting deployment errors
- Hands‑on experience with workflow rules, validation rules, approval process, reports, dashboards, security setup, user creation, roles/profiles
- Familiarity with Eclipse IDE, ANT migration tool, change sets, Data Loader, and ETL tools like Informatica, Boomi, MuleSoft
Qualifications
- Must have Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification
- Must have Salesforce App Builder Certification
- Preferred: Platform Developer II / Advanced Developer Certification
- Good to have: Advanced Admin or Sales/Service Cloud Consultant Certifications
- Candidate should have strong problem‑solving ability and ability to provide multiple approaches for solution design
