Life Enrichment Coordinator

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Life Enrichment Coordinator to join our team.
What Will You Do in This Role?
As a Life Enrichment Coordinator, you will plan, organize, and implement a program of activities and leisure pursuits designed to meet the social, spiritual, intellectual, emotional, educational, and physical needs of residents in accordance with their comprehensive care plans.
Qualifications
- Fire and passion for working with seniors.
- Flexible, fun, and energetic personality.
- Accreditation as a Certified Activities Director preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in recreation therapy or related area; should be licensed or registered either nationally or by the state in which practicing.
- Minimum of one year of experience as an Activities Director in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting.
- Two years of experience conducting social and recreational programs within the past five years, one of which must be full-time in a resident activities program in a health care setting.
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
