Nymbus is a remote‑first organization. This position is fully remote; however, occasional travel may be required for client meetings or designated team gatherings.

Position Summary

As the Head of Client Marketing , you bring an agency mindset, with the ability to lead multiple client relationships simultaneously while maintaining a high bar for strategic thinking and execution. You understand how to navigate complex organizations, influence senior stakeholders, and translate business objectives into marketing strategies that drive impact. This is an AI‑native environment—AI integration is fundamental to your workflow, strategy development, and execution. You own the full lifecycle of client marketing, from strategy through execution, shaping positioning, go‑to‑market plans, growth strategies, and ongoing optimization. You partner closely with creative, product, delivery teams, and external partners to ensure cohesive, effective outcomes. You challenge conventional approaches, push clients to think bigger, and maintain long‑term partnership focus with measurable results.

Essential Job Functions / Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy, execution, and continuous evolution of client marketing across a portfolio of digital banking brands.
  • Own and drive measurable business outcomes, ensuring all marketing engagements deliver growth and strengthen client partnerships.
  • Manage and grow multiple client relationships simultaneously, maintaining high standards for strategic thinking and execution.
  • Translate client business objectives into effective marketing strategies, positioning, and go‑to‑market plans.
  • Navigate complex client organizations and influence senior stakeholders to drive alignment and decision‑making.
  • Integrate AI into marketing workflows, strategy development, and execution to enhance efficiency, quality, and insights.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of marketing initiatives, from strategy through execution and ongoing optimization.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with creative, product, delivery teams, and external partners to ensure cohesive and effective output.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand client relationships, introduce new capabilities, and increase overall impact.
  • Present strategic recommendations and performance insights to executive audiences with clarity and confidence.

Qualifications

  • Senior leadership experience in client marketing, preferably across multiple brands or accounts.

  • Strong experience managing and growing client relationships, with accountability for outcomes and performance.
  • Agency mindset with the ability to lead multiple engagements simultaneously.
  • Expertise in translating business objectives into impactful marketing strategies and go‑to‑market plans.
  • Experience navigating complex organizations and influencing senior/executive stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI into marketing workflows, strategy, and execution.
  • Ownership of full marketing lifecycle, including positioning, growth strategy, execution, and optimization.
  • Cross‑functional leadership experience working with creative, product, delivery, and external partners.
  • Track record of identifying and driving account growth opportunities and expanding client partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially with executive audiences.

Salary & Benefits

  • $140,000 – $160,000 Annual Salary.
