Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for the Head of Marketing for our US division, based in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area, with the option for partial remote work. This role is about captaining the ship.
You will oversee all marketing initiatives in the U.S., manage a team of five managers, and ensure that every channel — from paid media to content creation — is aligned, organized, and delivering measurable results. You will work closely with our Global Head of Marketing in Europe to ensure strategic alignment while adapting initiatives to the U.S. market. This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with operational execution , and who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
What You Will Do:
You will manage and coordinate the managers responsible for:
- Paid advertising (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
- Email and SMS marketing
- Social media strategy
- Content creation
- TikTok Lives and live commerce
Your role is to ensure these functions operate as one cohesive marketing engine.
- You will set priorities, create strategies focused around growth, enforce accountability, and ensure everyone is executing at the highest level.
Own The Marketing Strategy
You will design and oversee marketing strategies across all channels, including:
- Paid acquisition
- Organic social growth
- Content marketing
- Email and lifecycle marketing
- Live selling (TikTok Lives)
- Collection launches and promotions
Your objective is simple:
Drive audience growth, engagement, and revenue.
Align With Global Strategy
You will work closely with the European marketing leadership team to ensure that:
- Brand identity remains consistent
- Marketing strategies stay aligned globally
- Best-performing initiatives are shared across markets
- U.S. campaigns adapt European frameworks to the American audience
Regular cross-team collaboration and reporting will be part of the role.
Execute With Structure & Organization
At Easy Clothes, marketing actions are planned and executed with strong organization.
You will be responsible for:
- Marketing calendars
- Campaign planning
- Team coordination
- Quarterly strategy planning
- Performance reporting
You will ensure every campaign is executed smoothly across all channels.
Manage Performance & Accountability
This role requires a results-driven mindset.
You will:
- Define KPIs across marketing channels
- Track performance across campaigns
- Report results to leadership
- Optimize based on data
You will also be responsible for managing team performance , including hiring, mentoring, and making difficult decisions when necessary.

Compensation
Salary: $100,000 — $120,000 per year
