We are looking for a Head Of Creative Marketing, who will strengthen the existing team and take the creative direction to a new level: strategy, R&D, AI implementation, systematization of production, quality of solutions and scaling of what already works. This is a hands-on role with direct impact on performance results and growth rate of Dressly.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Creative strategy and growth focuses: forming directions that drive performance results, launching new formats and approaches.
Building R&D function: systematic experiments, testing new solutions and finding breakthrough creatives.
Production and processes: creating a clear operational system for the creative team - pipelines, standards, speed, quality.
AI integration: implementing modern AI tools in design, video and production, increasing team efficiency.
Analytics and reporting: building a system for evaluating the quality of creatives, regular reporting, deep collaboration with marketing in tests and hypotheses.
Test management: managing the test matrix, prioritizing ideas, scaling winners and cutting out unprofitable ones.
Team and leadership: managing a large team of designers (motion/static) and creative producers, developing people and roles.
Scaling: constantly increasing the frequency of tests, speed of production and quality of creative solutions.
What We Expect From You:
Experience in managing a performance creative team in a product company
Deep understanding of Meta, TikTok, Google, AppLovin and how creativity affects performance metrics.
Analytical approach: ability to read data, build hypotheses, make conclusions and make decisions based on numbers.
Experience with AI tools and understanding how to integrate them into design, video and creative production.
Strong leadership skills: ability to build a team, set processes, delegate, give feedback and develop people.
Systematic and structured thinking: ability to organize a large creative flow, think in frameworks and build an operational system.
High speed and proactivity: willingness to quickly test, launch new things, adapt and find non-standard solutions.
English — at the level of Upper-Intermediate
