Topify is at the forefront of the Marketing-to-Agent (GEO/AEO) revolution. We are building the infrastructure that enables brands to be discovered, selected, and amplified by AI agents. As we enter our 0–1 phase, we are looking for a powerhouse Head of GTM to establish and scale our market presence with a strong focus on customer acquisition.

The Role

This is a high-impact, founding GTM role. You will define and build our growth engine from scratch, with a primary focus on lead generation, acquisition, and revenue conversion. We are looking for a builder—not a traditional marketer—who can translate customer needs into scalable growth and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquisition Engine: Design and execute multi-channel lead generation strategies (SEO, paid acquisition, communities, vertical whitepapers) to drive high-quality PQLs (Product Qualified Leads).
  • Sales & Solutions: Develop tailored demos and enterprise sales playbooks. Lead the acquisition of the “First 100” customers to validate and refine the GTM model.
  • Market Intelligence: Capture high-signal customer feedback and competitive insights to continuously align product capabilities with market demand.
  • GTM Infrastructure: Build foundational GTM systems including pricing strategy, sales cycles, and integration with Customer Success (CSM) to scale toward $5M–$20M ARR.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in GTM, Sales, or Growth roles within high-growth tech companies (MarTech, SaaS, or AI preferred).
  • Proven 0–1 Execution: Demonstrated success in building acquisition funnels from scratch and achieving meaningful revenue milestones.
  • Acquisition-Driven: Strong expertise in demand generation and direct sales, with a bias toward closing deals and driving revenue.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to integrate data, pricing models, and unit economics into a cohesive growth strategy.
  • Location: Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco for full-time, in-person collaboration.
