What you’ll do...
The Walmart US eCommerce team builds products and capabilities that allow Marketplace sellers to easily connect with Walmart’s eCommerce customers. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our dynamic team at Walmart Imports. As the Sr. Manager, Product Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence and drive revenue growth. In this role, you will collaborate across Strategy, Analytics, Product, and Business to set a vision and build the product marketing strategy to enable our sellers to leverage our B2B shipping solutions to expand selection at Every Day Low Prices (EDLP) for Walmart customers. You will laser focus on ensuring we have the right message and product fit for sellers that deliver value, convenience, reliability and speed. As a new capability within Walmart, this is a priority, high-impact role that will work with Business to understand business needs and translate those into marketing strategies that help us achieve goals. The individual in this role will be skilled at engaging and communicating to senior leaders across multiple domains, as well as engaging at a detailed level across product management, strategy, analytics, central marketing, and Go‑To‑Market (GTM) teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals to increase customer acquisition, retention, and overall market share.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, translating insights into actionable plans.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns, including launches, promotions and advertising initiatives.
- Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, track key performance indicators, and provide insights for continuous optimization.
- Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively, optimizing ROI and ensuring cost‑efficient use of resources.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Business, Strategy, Analytics and Product.
Qualifications

- You’re organized, disciplined, and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- You’re experienced with defining and aligning strategies and goals to successfully collaborate and execute cross‑functional projects in a matrixed environment.
- You have a background in transportation, supply chain, cross‑border logistics process design, or Six Sigma.
Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ years marketing experience.
- 2+ years of experience in Retail Analytics, Digital Analytics or eCommerce Analytics.
- Prior experience managing full funnel campaigns across multiple channels (i.e. social media, influencer, out of home).
- Prior experience partnering with creative, operations, product, and analytics teams.
- Strong organizational skills, a strong sense of ownership and accountability, and the ability to lead projects, communicate effectively, and be a self‑starter.

Annual salary range: $117,000.00 – $234,000.00.
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include stock.
