We’re now looking for a Senior Amazon Brand Manager with deep advertising expertise to join the team.
The Role
We’re looking for a Senior (or Fractional) Brand Manager with strong Amazon Advertising experience to manage multiple premium brands across categories.
You’ll be the primary point of contact for your clients — acting as strategist, operator, and trusted partner — but with a heavy focus on advertising performance and growth.
This role is ideal for someone who understands that Amazon growth is driven by advertising and can confidently lead strategy, execution, and optimization across Sponsored Ads and DSP.
How You'll Spend Your Time
- Own and execute full-funnel Amazon advertising strategy (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, DSP)
- Manage and optimize monthly ad budgets ranging from $50K–$500K+
- Drive performance across key metrics: TACoS, ROAS, CVR, and contribution margin
- Serve as the day-to-day strategic lead for multiple brands, ensuring alignment between advertising, SEO, and overall growth strategy
- Translate client goals into structured execution plans within Asana
- Analyze performance data to identify opportunities and provide actionable recommendations
- Lead client calls with a strong point of view on performance and next steps
- Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, creative, catalog) to ensure cohesive execution
- Oversee launches, promotions, and campaign scaling strategies
- Continuously test, iterate, and improve campaign structure and efficiency
- Stay ahead of Amazon advertising trends, tools, and platform changes
What We're Looking For
- 4–6+ years of hands-on Amazon experience, with a strong focus on advertising
- Proven track record managing high ad spend accounts ($50K+/month, ideally $100K+)
- Experience scaling brands to $5M–$20M+ annual revenue on Amazon
- Deep expertise across: Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, Keyword strategy, bid optimization, campaign structure, full-funnel advertising and incrementality
- Experience with Amazon DSP (strong plus)
- Familiarity with leading tools (e.g., Pacvue, Perpetua, Helium 10, Quartile, etc.)
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to tie ad performance to overall business outcomes
- Experience managing both Seller Central (required) and Vendor Central (bonus)
- Excellent communication skills with a confident, client-facing presence
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong ownership mentality
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment
