You will take full ownership of the enrollment engine for GT Anywhere and lead brand strategy across virtual, campus, and summer offerings. Your goal is clear: convert high-intent demand into 1,000 enrolled families while positioning gt.school as the authoritative name in gifted K–8 education. There is no existing playbook to inherit. You will design the funnel, establish positioning, drive experimentation, and create a dependable execution system leveraging agencies, freelancers, and tools. You will work with autonomy and carry direct accountability for outcomes.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Taking full ownership of the enrollment funnel for GT Anywhere with direct responsibility for enrollments, conversion rates, and CAC
  • Leading continuous experimentation to surface and resolve high-impact conversion obstacles
  • Developing the annual marketing strategy for virtual, campus, and summer programs, encompassing positioning, target segments, channel mix, budget planning, and trackable objectives
  • Creating a high-velocity execution framework that reliably delivers through agencies, freelancers, and marketing platforms
  • Collaborating closely with enrollment and school leadership to convert family insights into more effective messaging and higher-performing creative

  • Managing awareness campaigns that lack enrollment accountability
  • Serving as a task-taker for one-off marketing requests with ambiguous ROI
  • Waiting for slow approval cycles or navigating large bureaucratic structures to ship work

Head Of Marketing Key Responsibilities

Design and operate a comprehensive full-funnel growth engine that transforms existing demand into 1,000 enrolled families while establishing gt.school as the category-defining brand in gifted K–8 education.

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor\'s degree (BA or equivalent)
  • 10+ years of experience leading full-funnel marketing strategy and delivering measurable outcomes in startup, technology, or high-growth settings
  • Proven accountability for hard conversion metrics including enrollments, revenue, CAC, and conversion rates
  • Strong analytical capability in funnel performance with a history of diagnosing problems and prioritizing high-leverage improvements
  • Experience establishing brand strategy, positioning, and messaging at the company level
  • Demonstrated ability to design and manage scalable execution systems utilizing agencies, freelancers, and marketing technology
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) in a remote role based in the United States

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
